NETRC is an acronym for Non-emergency Transportation Resource Center. We provide our members with the support and resources necessary to maintain and grow their transportation businesses. We know the ins and outs of the NET business and we use that knowledge to help our members achieve the highest levels of safety, profitability, and sustainability.

At your request, we will send information on the programs and services available to members, the insurance application, and other required forms. Once we receive your completed forms, they will be submitted to underwriting. The normal response time for a quote is generally 48-72 hours. As soon as we receive the quote from underwriting, we will prepare a proposal that shows your expected monthly insurance costs. When we receive your signed proposal, NETRC will forward the membership documents for you to complete and sign. Coverage is normally bound within 24 hours of our receipt of signed documents.

There are no monthly fees. We ask for a nominal onetime administrative fee when you join.

NETRC has access and options for auto insurance, general liability, workers’ compensation, and cyber security coverages. If you need additional coverages, we have the right relationships with the right people to make sure all your bases are covered.

Our insurance administrator, Sonoran National, leverages extensive relationships and more than 150 years of experience in the insurance industry to negotiate the very best rates available. The Sonoran team includes specialists in transportation insurance, underwriting, operations management and policyholder service.

NETRC’s program is designed to insure vehicles that would normally be found in a non-emergency transportation fleet. However, if you feel that you may have a special circumstance, please contact us and one our professionals will be happy to work with you to determine your coverage needs.

Yes. As part of your membership with NETRC, you have access to free safety and operations training materials for all employees. Our comprehensive online non-emergency transportation training material repository is always available to you at the click of a button. Government regulations and codes regarding safety and training are constantly changing. Our team makes sure that association members are kept up-to-date on the latest policies and procedures.

If customized training materials or direct instruction is needed, you can also schedule a session with our consulting team for a small fee. We will be happy to either send one of our certified professionals to your location or host an online seminar to discuss training topics relevant to your project.
